Full Pay Rate: Snow plowing during 8 pm to 8 am only on both shifts. When snow is come down from a snowfall.
Half pay Rate: Moving or Reallocating snow, following night cleanups, training, on site stand by, day time plowing.
New hire finding bonus: Refer someone and they become a new hire and stay working the entire season you will receive a $200 Gas card at the end of the season.
Reliability bonus: Work each time it is required during your assigned shift without miss any of your shifts during the season you will receive $100 Gas card at the end of the season.
Idea bonus: Come up with a new money saving idea, in productivity, sales, risk reduction, or other value add idea. Something that the company will benefit from long term. If it is used and implemented, you will receive a $100 Gas card for your idea.
Language bonus: Manage a properties correspondents, emails and calls. Handling all the client’s communications between Brunet Snow Service and them. Being the main contact for that account you will receive a bonus equal to 10% of the gross received revenue from that client. Paid in April at the end of the season every year you manage that client.
Employees are responsible for paying all moving violations occurred when operating vehicles.
1st shift 8 pm to 2 am
2nd shift 2 am to 8 am
Day shift 8 am to 8 pm
